Your skin is probably dry and may need special lotion. I recommend seeing a dermatologist to be sure though... :-)

When I was little I would bath by myself.and I didn't wash my neck very well. I have a dark line around my neck and I love short hair but having my neck that dark I feel embarass to go out. I was wondering if the lemon would work for me.
