Take a break. There's not a whole lot in life you absolutely have to do. Eat, breathe, drink, sleep, use the bathroom. I promise, your life won't be that different if you fail to do something here or there. Life goes on. Cheer up, buttercup!

Vent to my friend Karen, cry in the privacy of my car, sometimes have a drink, try to get a good night's sleep, and get up and do it again tomorrow.
