Of course you can. If you don't want to get pulled over, though, I'd make sure I was legally passing him (not crossing double yellow lines, etc) and not going over 45 when I did it. Just because the cop is driving below the speed limit doesn't mean you have to.

yeah why not, pass him and flick him off while doing it, or just give him a mean look. that will show them.

Sure they are likely looking for an address going that speed...I had many police officers pass me and I was going the speed limited....They are only human, true they hold the law but their not perfect.It's just so nice that we have them, Can you imagine what the world would be like without them........

Yes. It's also recommended that you swerve randomly while doing so, and the faster the better. If you go over a hundred, they never chase you anyways.

I did it once and got pulled over cuz I had the shoulder strap under my arm. He just wanted a reason to stick his head in the window and sniff for drugs. I should've cut a big ol' greasy one in his face. I get profiled alot cuz I'm an old hippy.
