The $150 is .0000000001 percent of the rich income. A flat tax cost the same for everyone rich or poor, but that sales tax on you food (Hawai'i taxes food) is a much larger percentage of your total income if very poor. Tax the poor - not the rich

The rich don't just shop at $150 shirt stores. You'd be surprised how many neighbors of yours are probably rich, they just live a simple life and don't flaunt it. Most "rich" people do live simple lives and stash a lot away for retirement.

Don't immediately penalize all rich simply because they have money. Many have busted thier humps working 80+ hours a week to earn what they have. True, money makes money (ie interest accruing on money in accounts) but as or right now (barring the Obama administration making the USA the USSA,) every American has the opportunity to better his/her station in life.
