All foods have a different chemical content. Some foods react more to internal liquids, like gastric juices, and produce more airy by-products. Some product just have a lot of air in them anyway, like carbonated beverages. ("Air" in my answer doesn't necessarily mean 100% oxygen - most carbonation is CO2.)

its really the acid content in products that reacts with your stomach acid and makes air bubbles that goes either way
