What color shoes should bridesmaids wear with either a deep bronzy brown color, or a lighter champaign/brown color?

i'd say...dyed to match; those colors could really only use a dark taupe color but that might still be too light

Either dye the shoes to match, or follow the "two shades darker" rule: the colour of the shoe should be at least two shades darker than the hem of the dress.
