I'm using Internet Explorer ver 6.0 running under windows xp. I can't find the option under "Internet options" to delete cookies, etc. Why? Can anyone help?

It should be right there under Tools > Internet Options, in that first window. You should have a General tab, which should contain a Temporary Internet Files section, with a "Delete Cookies" button.

Under the General tab, "delete cookies" button. Alternatively you can right click on the IE icon and go to properties. You should find it in there as well.
