I Suppose it is only if it does provide its natural juice but it is not the whole piece of fruit you are getting in that can but your still eating healthy x

It depends on the juice. Most juice drinks contain so many extra things, and lots and LOTS of sugar and high fructose corn syrup which is actually really bad for you, negating the good the fruit does. If you can find juices that are completely natural and without ANY additives, those count, but shouldn't be your main source of fruits and vegetables. For example, (I don't know if these are sold nationally, or regionally) but I really like Odwalla and Naked juice brands. They don't add anything at all, and they have some really yummy blends.

Fresh is best if possible but fruit in a can is better than eating junk.

Fresh fruit will always be healthier, but canned fruit (in natural fruit juice, not syrup) is a great alternative if fresh fruit isn't available.
