My mom, I'd tell her that I really did listen to her advice even though I didn't always do what she wanted me to! And I'd tell her to make sure to tell everyone I loved them!

Thats a difficult one, right now im going to say my brother but if i had a child it would be them. i would just tell them i dont fear death and ill always love them and always smile when thinking of me. I dont like cry- babies. haha.
