Yes, I've been healed! I used to think everyone had a problem (except me) & I was always in chaos in relationships until I started looking within & saw that it was me being a product of bad behaviors growing up so I FORGAVE my parents & started taking control of my own life & fixing myself. The key is FORGIVENESS and letting go. The book that started me on track was Marianne Willamson's book, "RETURN TO LOVE," & another book, "THE SEAT OF THE SOUL." Good luck! "When you change the way you look at things, things change."

Everytime I embark on a new project, I buy up and read all available books on the subject. Even when I want to plant the sapling of a new veriety of a tree, first I read up all that is available on that tree. This way I have built up a good collection of helpful books. I also have the usual household self help books.

I used to scoff at such books but about 15 years ago I read "Maximize your mental power" and found it really good - very insightful and practical. Last year I read "The speed of trust" which is pretty brilliant as well. Some free advertising for them so just pass the word for them to send me a cheque. ;)

Yes. It's called "How to have an easy life", it was written as a hard-back in 1993 and I have lived by it ever since. I have brought up 2 kids, own home and have fun all the time, even when life is not fun, because of it. It will be available online in about a month from the .com website of the same name.

Well I don't know if its considered a self-help book. But some of the books written by the Dalia Lama have really taught me how to look at life as a whole. It can defiantly boost you up, but either way they are really good books that open your eyes to the bigger picture of life.
