take your thawed chicken breasts, dip them in progresso italian style breadcrumbs, stick in the grill. do you have an oven? if so, make up some spaghetti, put the spaghetti in a 13x9 dish and then put the chicken (when it's nicely browned) on top of the 'sketti. after that, dump your favorite marinara sauce over all of it, top with looooooooots of cheese of various italian sorts, cover with foil and stick in the oven on 350 for an hour or so or until the chicken is completely done.

PLace chicken breast in plastic bag. Whack with a rolling pin, wine bottle, a pan, a brick, anything to help you flatten and make even thickness, about 1/2 - 3/4 inch. Dip chicken in flour, dust off. Dip in beaten egg. Then into breaadcrumbs (Progresso seasoned is the best) then fry, saute, grill, pan sear, however you can. Cook it all the way through. Cook spaghetti and mix with a little sauce. Place on plate. Top with chicken, pour a little sauce over it, some mozzarella cheese and of course Parmesan cheese, pop under the broiler for a few minutes to melt the cheese. You're done:-
