Yep. Personally I love the particular Chorizo I tasted, but I'm pretty sure there are lots of recipes and types of Chorizo left for me to try. The particular specimen I tastes was from a butcher in Wollongong (NSW, Australia) somewhere, I don't know the exact one. Tasty stuff though!

Yes, I love it! I make a mean chicken and rice dish that has chorizo in it too. The garlickier and spicier the better.
