  • If I were making a cup of coffee right now I would want Irish cream because Chocolate and coffee together is (in my opinion) overkill on the whole bitterness factor. Rasberries are harder to taste in coffee and can only be tasted if you ruin the natural bite of the coffee by adding sugar. So stick with the Irish Cream, something sweet and mellow to contrast the bold, bitter flavor of the coffee.
