Yes if they scream up behind me and then sit 2 inches from my back bumper - if they start flashing their lights I slow down to 'barely moving mode' and sit in the middle of the lane so they are unable to get past.

Not only slow down but get next to a car in the other lane doing my speed and pace that car.

While I'm againt those who slow down on purpose just to piss others off someone following too close when I'm already driving fast pisses me off too. I found an effective way is to slightly touch the breaking pedal whith your left foot while maintaining the gas pedal lights the braking lights and instantly makes the person behind get the scare of their life but preserves your momentum.

I can't in my company van on deliveries. Because my van number is clearly listed along with a toll free number to comment on my driving ability.

Only if they insist on tailgating me. I didn't realise that I wasn't the only one who does this until I read all the other responses here.

I will slow down if someone is riding my bumper. Or in a snowstorm. What can I say? I do 35 mph, get where I need to go and arrive there safely. I works for me.

never. if someone is in a hurry i try to let them through. i try to leave with plenty of time, my sympathies are with those don't.
