I think technically, any food will. But one of my favorite places to eat around here is a place called Hungry Ninja, they're a teriyaki type place, I've noticed I usually have to take a long bathroom break shortly after I eat there.

Well all foods do, in a way. If you are looking for foods with a laxative effect to make it easier... fruit and anything with fiber is a good choice. Bananas, apple juice, dried fruit, plums, dates, figs, apricots, oatmeal, flax, whole grains. And be sure to drink plenty of water.

Everything I eat turns to poop. Caffeine and high fiber foods like bran,oats, broccoli, prunes, etc. ,make their "Exit" faster. Beans and broccoli raise a lot of hell and make noise on the way out.

I'd try some dried apricots or prunes. Constipation is usually indicative of a lack of water in the digestive tract, so more water would be helpful.

for me it was apple juice to much and out it comes. put a friend takes pills for pain for many years and the pills he takes are morphine pills when on them how can u take a dump when u are on thoes pills

Whatever you eat make sure you dont eat bananas. I had this problem of not pooping and I told my personal trainer. He said fruits and nuts are good and lots of veggies but whatever i do do not eat bananas they actually make it worse.
