I think, repeat think, the premire for this year will be Jan. 9, 2008 at 10 pm eastern.

Scooter, I found several references online that it was slated to air this Wednesday, Jan. 9th, at 10pm. On the FX schedule, though, it shows a movie. Another ominous sign is that the 30 days advert on the FX site is still from last season. :( I also visited Morgan Spurlock's blog and there is no news there. Finally, I did a search for the show on my satellite guide and the search for 30 days comes up empty.
