I don't think so. Once your an adult the debt you incur is yours and can't be put back on your parents after you die. Unless they are a cosigner, on say a car or something.
No. Unless you agree to responsible for another persons debt, the only person who is responsible is the debtor.

My brother's soon to be ex-wife keeps dragging on their divorce, even though she is pregnant by another man and openly admits it. He has paid her $800 for 3 months maintance and now she's going after him for half of her lawyer fees. What are his options?

Can I get in my divorce decree for ex-husband to keep me on his ins. plan & keep up my gov. ID to get on the air base here to keep my prescriptions on base. I am on disability & divorcing him for adultry & phys. abuse.
