Or perhaps visiting hours at the Penalty Box.

Why? So it can be populated by a bunch of basically meaningless level 1-5's? It would be useless.

I believe we tried something like that once, and I don't think many people thought it worked very well for doing things like exposing trolls. Since even the worst trolls don't have to downrate anyone to do their job right, it makes such a list pointless for that. Add to that the fact that a lot of people don't care for the ranking system all together.... ....well, it'd just be a waste of time.

While this may be a good idea in theory it goes against the "no naming and shaming" policy AB has. It would also open up those who are guilty to being counter trolled even if they did not do any trolling themselves. For example. I always leave a message to say why I DR someone. Over the past 2 or 3 weeks I have DR'd alot! There have been many questions posted that are blatant duplicates, nonsense, offensive or spam. Alot got a DR so I might top that list, but it does not mean I am a troll!

No. It would only 'glorify' trolling. Those who troll love infamy. No reason to celebrate them (for that is how many of them would see it). It would only make trolling into a 'contest' and it would be a mess.

No, because then people would turn it into a competition and try to be the worst ABer around. Why encourage such behavior.
