On a scale of -3 to 7, where does your self esteem fall?

Sometimes -3 and sometimes as high as a 7 (although I would suggest that is rare). I sit more in the middle on a bout 3. I can't really explain why you chose -3 - 7 as your scale other than to think that a 10 would not exist, and a 1 is not low enough. I hope you are OK.

Explain your scale, so I can get a better idea of how to answer. Based on that explanation, I would have to say 7++. I am perfectly content with myself, and I suspect that is as good as it gets.
