Not unless you remove them from your friend list.

That's a hard question to answer because I'm torn between saying "yes, sometimes." and "no, not always." So my suggestion is to follow your gut feeling and hey, it's your list, you do what you want with it. I usually say hi to the unknown person to see if it's an aquaintance and if the person is troublesome, I remove them swiftly. Hope this helps. :)

NO trouble can arise just from someone being on your Friend's list. The list means nothing. You are not held responsible if one of them does something awful. Your Friends not gain any access to any secret info about you. The only thing they gain is knowing when you asked a question. It's a rather harmless thing, this list.

I do not cause trouble! [To answer your question, if you don't know them, they could troll all your questions, but that isn't too likely, and you could always take them off your list and report them if it becomes a problem.]
