Wow this is insane. I found the exact same pill today, never seen one before ON my living room floor. What are the chances? If your pill has a small mark before the 2666, it is probably the same as what I found. After searching, I found out mine was Gabapentin and the wierd symbol is supposed to be an r it's used for diabetic neuropathy! Hope this helps. Strange to find this pill since no one in my family takes it!
