i eat breakfast, lunch and then that's about it. I try not to eat at night but if i'm hungry i will. I used to diet ALL THE TIME. but once i stopped dieting i dropped like 15 pounds, it's crazy. Im 5'5" and under 120, not sure if that's considered thin to you. I also never drink my calories. No fruit drinks or soda with sugar. Ugh, what a waste

I avoid eating sweet, if ever I do I eat something salty after, then red tea. I also walk everyday, the long one.. and if ever I have time before the work I dance in my room and made some exercise.

I would call myself more 'fit' than 'thin.' I would rather be in good shape than skinny because I have more energy, clearer thoughts, and not many people truly like to starve themselves.

    Some things that I do:

    1. Try to walk or ride your bike to do errands.
    2. Eat a super healthy breakfast (I usually do muesli and a fruit).
    3. Eat lots and lots and lots of fiber, not too suddenly though... It is very filling and good for you. I consume a lot of beans and whole grains)
    4. Try to eat 4 or 5 servings of fruits or vegs.
    5. Drink half of your weight in oz of water. I am 115 and I usually drink 2 litres (about 64 oz).
    6. Balance the exercise with muscle building ... (I think that boosts the metabolism), stretching, and cardio.
    7. I try to make these my everyday habits so that my weight doesn't change much... a lot of people burn themselves out by setting unrealistic goals...

    Good luck!
    5.

This might sound weird, but I just listen to my body, instead of my brain. If I'm hungry, I eat as much as my body tells me to. Conversely, I am totally fine with skipping meals or replacing them with a snack if my body says "it's not that important to eat right now". It's kept me thin and unwavering in my weight for over 10 years.

I don't try to stay thin, but I do try to stay fit and healthy by running and working out. In the beginning it's hard to stay dedicated, but once you've been doing it for a while... you find that it becomes a comfortable place/routine and even begin to slightly miss it whenever you become "inactive" for consecutive days. Get into a routine and eat healthy foods. I learned that eating about 5 small meals a day is better than 2/3 whole meals. You want to keep your metabolism going and eating a whole bunch of food at once will just overwhelm it. Ask your nutritionist for more accurate information please :)

I work out....because i enjoy it, but it has its perks as well.

I eat complete crap for the most part, but I do try to eat healthy occasionally.

Mostly, if we're being honest, I have good genes.

    Thanks Mom!

Walk every day, strength train 2-3 days a week, yoga 5 days a week, and drink LOTS of water.

I eat smaller portions than I used to, and when we go out, I immediately ask for a to-go box, and pack up half my meal before I start eating, that way I eat less. I've reduced the size plates I use at home, so the plate is full, but there's not as much food, LOL. I eat 1 oz of nuts 1 to 2 times per day, usually before lunch, makes me eat less food. And I still drink lots and lots of water. I generally try to drink water before each meal, so that I feel full sooner.

I try to time my computer time in 15 minute increments, so that I have to GET UP and walk to do something before I can come back for another 15 minutes.

Normal things...walk to the store instead of driving when it's only down the street, take the stairs instead of the escalator/elevator, sit up in the chair if that's where you spend most of your time (in an office or at home watching TV), stand up straight (posture is very important, believe it or not, in how slender you look), and most importantly, for me anyway, I "always" eat breakfast (I actually eat a lot of anything throughout the day) and stop eating after 7 pm (or a few hours before bed).

I've been living by the above rules for as long as I can remember and I've been weighing 110 - 120 lbs. since High School, which is a great weight for me :). I've never been on a diet or been to a gym.

I found that chewing gum (not bubblegum, more like Trident or Orbit) helps keep away temptation to chew extra snacks and even burns extra calories if you chew it long enough! haha,.. anyway, that's what I do.

I eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. I take light dinner. I eat rice. When I feel that I'm gaining weight, I cut back on my rice. I drink fruit juices a lot. Eating foods with L-carnitine will help you lose fat. But then again, my genes are in the middle side, not thin, not fat. I also have fast metabolism.

work 40-60 hours per week on my feet, fast paced work at job that pays the bills, spend another 40 drawing comic book and writing music on jobs that one day I hope will pay the bills, sleep 4 hours a night, eat no sweets or candy, my diet is mostly sushi, korean food and rice, smoke a pack a day, keep drinking down to 1 night per week and only manage to squeeze in time to eat 2 meals a day. That pretty much does it for me.

Eat lots and lots of really yummy food, lots of carbs and cheese, plenty of vegetables, chocolate whenever I want it, and I NEVER say "no" to a craving for homemade chocolate chip cookies.

I drink TONS of water, and 1% milk, not too much soda... and I play with my dogs sometimes... I bellydance for fun, but it's not terribly strenuous exercise.

I eat Organic mostly... so maybe it's the fact that I'm only eating natural foods, no chemicals or fillers, that keeps me from weighing 400 lbs.

I am 5'5" and I weigh around 100 pounds. I was always overweight growing up and always on a diet. Over the course of the past few years I have lost approximately 50 pounds-- how? I stopped dieting and learned about nutrition. Rather than counting calories, I eat what my body requires-- whole foods, fiber, nutrients, protein. I would suggest looking into what is required for your height/weight-- not calorie-wise, but rather, "food-pyramid-wise". I eat around every 3 hours, nutritious, natural foods that keep my blood sugars level and energy high. I am never hungry and never dieting. Intuitive eating is key to weight loss. Good luck!

I do cardio almost every day....when I feel a bit tired, I skip a day (the day that I skip, I eat less). I only do about 45 minutes of cardio each day and I count all the calories that I eat. So basically, I work off most of the calories that I eat so I maintain my weight:)

First off I stay active because i have a 2 year old. Mostly I eat green foods. I eat mostly salads, brocolli, cucumbers, avacodos, and basically any fruits for snacks. Every now and then i reward myself with family night meal. which is a full coarse meal of any meat and sidings. I gained 60 lbs when i had my last child. I weighed right at 115. Within 5 mths i was back down to that size. Its all about routine now.

Currently I am a Professional Fitness Trainer at the local gym and a Nutritionist. I am happy to give you a daily meal and exercise plan. Below is the diet and exercise plan for you.

You HAVE TO eat BREAKFAST EVERY morning or you WILL NOT loose weight any time soon! Because…eating breakfast will make your metabolism stronger and also at nighttime, it will prevent you from munching on chips, popcorn and other junk food.

    So Breakfast at 6:00-7:00am:

    One full grapefruit
With one cup of water or 1%/skim milk

    Or

    One full banana
With one cup of water or 1%/skim milk

    Jog at 7:00-8:00am:

    30 minute Jog

    Snack at 10:00-11:00am:

Low fat yogurt with 12 almonds mixed inside it
With one cup of water or 1%/skim milk

    Or

1 slice of whole wheat/grain bread with peanut butter lightly spread on it
With one cup of water or 1%/skim milk

    Lunch between 12:00-1:00pm:

A tuna wrap with wheat/grain bread
3 raw carrot veggies and 3 raw celery veggies with low fat ranch dressing
With one cup of water or 1%/skim milk

    Exercise between 2:00-3:00pm:

If you have a trampoline or a swimming pool then both of these are both good exercise and a lot of fun

If you have a trampoline then: 30 minutes of non-stop jumping

If you have a swimming pool: then do 30 minutes of doing lengths with out touching the bottom surface of the pool. Break them up into 6 sets of 5 minutes or you can tread water for that long.

    Dinner 5:00-6:00pm:

A piece of a palm sized pink salmon
A cup of salad with low fat/calorie dressing
Served with 3 pieces of marble/cheddar cheese
With one cup of water or 1%/skim milk

    Night Exercise 8:00pm:

A 30-minute walk, if you have a dog this would be a good time for a nice quite and healthy walk for both you and your dog.

**After the walk do NOT eat ANYTHING, other then water!!!!**

GOOD LUCK AND WITHIN A MONTH YOU WILL NOTICE A BIG DIFFERENCE, AND PLEASE EMAIL ME BACK SO THAT I KNOW THAT YOU HAVE RECEIVED THIS!!!!

    ONCE AGAIN GOOD LUCK!!!! :)
