  • Donkey kicks are always great for your butt and hamstrings, which also lift your butt. There are machines at the gym where you lean on your forearms and take one foot and put it on a bar that you push backwards. At home, you can go on all fours and then take one leg at a time and kick your foot back and up. Hope that helps!
  • I've heard "lunges" are helpful with that area.
  • Windsor Pilates: Butt & Thigh video. 15 minutes of pain -- all worth it!! Also, as previously said, lunges are fantastic and so are squats!!
