I would probably, initially think 'Thats clever! It seems to be a specially formulated gel that softens latex caulk for easy removal! ' then, 'I bet it has a fast-acting formula, that works in as little as two hours.' and probably, 'Oooooh thats nice! It has a fresh scent and it will not harm surfaces. I bet that would be useful for indoor and outdoor applications?'

I think back to helping do my grandmother's roof and removing the old caulk from the screws and what a pain that was. Wish I would have had some of this then! It was the WORST part about the roofover!

I think it's great! I hate caulk removal, and anything that makes that easier is ok in my book.
