Not with just one hand, no ... but if i pinch one ear lobe with one hand and pull and hold it, then press it against my head with my thumb of the other hand, then I can just reach around to the other ear lobe. So, one hand can cover the distance, but I have to pull on the ear lobes first, and that takes both hands.
