There probably are laws in place, though you'd have to prove the company intentionally practiced discrimination against whites. see: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Discrimination

Affirmative Action does not exist for the most part. Look at the stats. White women have benefited from AA more than any other minority group.

That is because the discrimination laws do not apply to white males. They are just SOL. I know, the law doesn't specifically say this, but when I complained to an EEOC representative, I was told that as a white male I had no protection against discrimination.
