I have been voted most likely to elope in my family, but a wedding should be celebrated. You can elope after the wedding... That is what the honeymoon is for. Big is unnecessary, but personal is not. I admire those who have a personal touch to their wedding, not those who try to outdo everyone else on elaborateness and expense.
