  • www.pogo.com should give you a free trial. its a pretty cool site to play games
  • I have a friend that is addicted to bodog. He's a poker nut so it's probably a good one.
  • There are many sites that all have "play money" tables where you can play without depositing any money, just registering... Full Tilt, Pokerstars, Partypoker and many more. They are all much of a muchness to be honest, I wouldn't recommend any one over the others. So if you want to play for free, almost all online poker sites have the facility for you to do so. Personally, I think the play money tables are a bad way to learn the game. With no actual money at stake, people's play is crazy and bears little resemblance to the way they actually play when there is something on the line, so I don't think you learn that much. I would advise you to set aside a small amount, perhaps $50, and play at the "microlimit" tables... there are sites that have tables with as little as 5 cents/10 cents blind structures... some even have 2 cents/5 cents tables! Even at these tiny stakes, the play becomes a little more "real" and I think you will learn a lot more of value by playing here rather than for free.
  • You can play on pogo for free. You dont have to join the membership, you can just stay a non-member. You have to earn tokens there (easy enough) and bet them on the poker games so its not exactly like free money.
