South America, on the north-east coast. It used to be called Dutch Guyana. It has a large population of descendants of ex-prisoners of the Dutch Empire, including Javanese.

Wow good thing I have a globe on top of my hard disk! It's at the northern part of South America, bounded by the Atlantic Ocean on the north, Brazil on the south, Guyana on the west and French Guiana on the east.
