Verizon is "unlimited" in that you can use as much as you want... but overage charges do kick in after the first 5GB of data per billing cycle, as explained in this article: http://www.EVDOinfo.com/overage Verizon *used* to forbid VOIP but now that they have overage charges, they don't care what you do with their pipe, because you will pay for it. VOIP calls on EVDO will have inconsistent voice quality because latency on cell towers varies by network load.
