  • Get some cream from the pharmacy and cover it with bandages...
  • It depends how bad of a burn it is. If it's just a red sore spot, put on some aloe lotion, bandaids or gauze squares and medical tape and go to work. If the burns blistered, don't burst the blisters, but put on a burn lotion and cover them carefully and go to work. It would be a good idea to see a doctor about this. If, however, the fingers blistered and the blisters have been punctured, or if the burn is deeper than just the first layers of skin, please visit a doctor. Generally, burns on the hands are very susceptible to infection, and a prescription burn ointment should be used to prevent such an infection. You can then ask the doctor how to bandage the hands in such a way that he can return to work.
  • Some aloe vera and a band aid shall fix that right up. But a burnt finger wont keep him from going to work,or at least his boss might not think so.
  • you should only keep a burn covered for a short time burns need to be open to air
