    Maggy has spoken numerous times on the simpsons, but not necessarily her own voice! The only time she has spoken is when she called Homer "Dada". The intention of the show is to keep Maggie Simpson a mystery and not a main character. This is shown in the episode where Lisa is marrying that British guy in the future and Maggie is about to sing at the wedding but it doesn't happen.
