    There is no simple answer to this as there are multiple fuses and relays that control various aspects of the front and rear HVAC systems on the Windstar. If you no longer have your owner's manual, click on the following link: http://www.motorcraftservice.com/vdirs/retail/default.asp?menuIndex1=12 Click on "Owners Guides" in the left-hand column and enter your year/model. You can get a .pdf version of your owners manual with the fuse/relay locations. Good luck.
