  • If your employer is aware of your probation and your surgery your best bet would be to try and talk it over with him. Explain how you have been and will continue to be a valuable employee, and what you can offer to his company. My best wishes are with you.

  • write up a contract that says this: Attorney Contract You agree to abide by all applicable Rules and Canons and you also agree to protect all my rights including the ones I'm not aware of, and I agree to pay you when due _________ _________ Attorney Client and take it around to some attorneys. Nobody will sign it. Keep telling the judge you're interviewing attorneys but nobody will take your case. This will stalemate it.
  • The court will evaluate your finances, and if you are truly indigent, they will appoint an attorney for you. Of course, because you violated probation, there is not much an attorney can do for you.
  • on a charge like that that most you are facing is a fine and 12 months probation...so don't worry about that...for your probation violation it kind of depends on you case with them...for expample...if you have been on probation for 5 months and have kept pretty well with the provisions of your violation; reporting when suposed to, paying money and not in the rears with your fine, and things of that sort, if it is your first time going before the judge for violation he will probably go easy and give you another chance....misdemeanor probation is about the money..70% of misdemeanor probation companies are privately owned..if you go to jail they don't get thier money...if it is your 2 or 3 time violating then speak with the district attorney and see if you can work out a plea bargain violating your probation and having your new charge ran concurent with your sentance so you will wipe everything away...do a little bit of jail time but at least you won't have anything on you when you get out
