Oh, so I know this question was asked long ago... but its such a great play. Although you kind of need logic of the time and vocabulary to be able to make sense out of it. I love it in my opinion. Its hard to just explain what its about, it has so much to it. Romance, realism, action. So much is incorporated within this book. The main character is obviously Cyrano de Bergerac. He is the absolute perfect person; hes a great poet, swordsman, musician, anything you name it. He was the best. The only thing that keeps him back, though, is his rather large nose. Okay, not rather. VERY. He falls in love with his cousin, Roxane. In that time it was appropriate to. But, she loves this man named Christian...who is handsome, but stupid. And there is so much more. But I think you should read it to find out ;)
