How do you explain to a good friend, delicately, that their actions when they were drunk really really really embarrassed you?

Guess I would have to wait for a day or two till he/she got back to their normal senses and would sit and have a good talk with them :-)

When I did that my friend just flat out told me, hey you embarrassed me. I cared about him enough to never do it again. Try the direct route.

I don't have any friends. My husband is the nicest person when he has had too much to drink. Did you have to clean up her vomit? Usually, what is in a person's heart comes out when they are loaded. If she did or said something really horrible, you may evaluate if you wish to continue the friendship.

it does really depend what they done, but generally just tell them outright. Most people deeply regret what they do when they are drunk and wouldn't take any offence to you saying so.
