I have about a dozen CDs burned in MP3 format. Some have 150+ songs on them and they consist of the big hits from the 50s, 60s, 70s, and some that are 80s on up to 2000.

Tsunami Bomb, Go Betty Go, The Soviettes, The Donnas......any high-energy punkish band that can actually play, no matter how simple, and has a (preferably female) singer who can actually sing.
