It depends on the boundaries you set in your relationship. If he knows that you don't want him doing it and he is doing it behind your back, then it is A FORM of cheating. It is being dishonest, which can undermine your relationship. In my opinion, though. It is not cheating. As shady as it is, he is not having sex with anyone else. If he meets these women that he talks to for sex, then it is cheating.

when you have a formal relationship with someone such as asking them to be your boyfriend,fiancee, husband: you are making a commitment to that person. You are stating that you will dedicate your self to them and only them. When you make this type of commitment and then emotionally or physically get involved with another person that is cheating. in this case they are emotionally cheating. if they continue this and do it often it will only get worst.

it depends on what the conversations are about, if of a sexual matter, then yes, if its just ordinary stuff, then i wouldn't count it as cheating. but still the whole chattin on the internet w/ girls makes me weary. its very easy to cross that line while online
