  • You're probably craving the sugar in the sweets. You can be addicted to sugar, so you may just be experiencing withdrawal symptoms if your 'healthy lunch' didn't have much sugar in it. Other than that, maybe you're craving sugar because you have something wrong with you, like diabetes. This can make people crave sugar. If it's a real problem for you, or you find your symptoms worsen you should consult a doctor. (NB. More frequent urination is one of the most recognisable symptoms of diabetes.
