hummmm I am wondering why on earth I would send emails to myself. I think I get plenty from other people that it is not necessary for me to send me emails.

what do you say to yourself when you send yourself an email my freaky little friend?

I mean like pictures, reminders, forwards, quotes, homework assignments... etc. Not like actual emails though, although I have sent a few emails that will arrive in the future from this particular website that lets you do a time capsule.

Only to test if the E-mail program is working properly. Other than that, I dont have to much to say to myself.

I routinely send e-mails between my work address and personal addresses. Generally reminders to myself.

all the time, mostly to 'back up' school work or to transfer files from one computer to another when i didnt have my flash drive.

I do it if I need to access something from a different computer.

all the time. i send info i will need later, files and youtube links, and even web site login info in case i forget. as for "or am I just a freak?" that depends on what your are sending your self. is it hot, steamy love letters? threating emails? then yes, that's a little freaky. but email is a great way to save data you may need later. especially with the advanced search functions of most email providers.
