  • I like Enya too...
  • Just Enya, and a few other stuff!
  • I like it in the background when I'm getting a massage or trying ot relax, but it isn't something I'd listen to on a regular basis.
  • Some, but a lot of it is boring. I do like Troika, but don't know if it is classified New Age. And I like the CD Dreamcatcher. I love things with Native American flutes and drums.
  • To be honest, I think it's a load of rubbish. I dont like modern music at all.
  • If you like Enya, you simply *must* check out Loreena McKennitt! . . http://www.quinlanroad.com/homepage/index.asp?LangType=1033 . . I don't quite know the parameters of what constitutes "New Age" music, but I do like these two artists. . . .
  • Hi Trish. I have one CD by Enya - came out three or four years ago. Forgot the title. Oh wait....about day in the rain or something.
  • Enya is great - I have all of her CDs. Some others I like are: Clannad (the lead singer is the sister of Enya) George Benson Geoffrey Oryema Eva Cassidy Engima The Dream Academy David Lanz The Blue Man Group Ray Lynch Andreas Vollenweider Night Noise Agricantus Jim Brickman Miriam Stockley George Winston Chuscales Mike Oldfield Mannheim Steamroller Loreena McKennitt Ottmar Liebert Paul Schwartz Sacred Spirit Sarah Brightman Secret Garden Trio Rococo Vangelis Yanni Yann Tiersen Yeha-Noha Suzanne Cianni Sheila Chandra Sacred Spirit Mythos Mono Moby Michael Nyman Mark Isham Jesse Cook Jon Michel Jarre Jan Hammer Govi
  • Maybe one song from Enya I really dont care for New Age Music
  • Yes, I listen to many genres of music and New Age is one of them. Enya ..... have most of her albums. Loreena McKennitt ........ have a couple of her albums, including the one that has the song (above) "The Mummer's Dance". I'm not sure if they are still classed as New Age, but they were when I started collecting them ....... I have all of Cusco's albums, except their Christmas one.
  • Yes! Loreena McKennitt - "The Mummer's Dance" is one of my favorites.
  • HELL'S TO THE YEAH!
  • It's really good as background music for certain activites. I like to paint. It's good for meditation, or just when you want to relax. I find I can't just listen to it like you would to more popular stuff or it gets boring because it's usually very slow. It's terrific in its place because most music peps you up and this unwinds you.
  • i love enya, and yanni. i have both on my ipod, and made a special 'sleep' playlist! =]
