I believe his predictions are accurate though the translations are incorrect therefore blame him for these mistakes.He had to make quatrains in order to obscure his predictions because of the paranoid ,power hungry,church of the day.Because some have these gifts they heretics.He was fortunate to have close ties with the royal family in France at that time.His technique was to water gaze for hours and see images of what was about to come in the centuries after his death.He gained notoriety when alive for his major predictions ,such as the death of the king being killed in a jousting match ,and was very specific and accurate in this prediction.

I think the only thing he predicted with any real accuracy was the date his grave would be desecrated in France.

Basically, some people will try to fit a piece of history into something he wrote. Since there are so many pieces of history, one of them is bound to fit. It's all illusionary. Pseudo-psychics use the same technique.
