I am trying very hard to hope that I can become positive about the next year. Today is not really the best day for me to try to say I will be positive.

Neither, really. Just another day to me. New Years Eve is stressful, though. All those things to do....sweep, do laundry, pay bills....can't start the new year with this stuff not done!
