There really isn't any fuse control your brake lights. Can you describe your problem more specifically?

Look in the fuse block in the dash for one labeled "Brake" or "stop". You can also check your owner's manual or the cover for the fusebox may have a diagram showing which it is. If you can't determine which it is you can pull them one by one and check each to see it if it is blown. Don't go to the next one until you put the one you're looking at back in place. If the brake light fuse is good the problem may be a poorly mounted or defective brake switch (mounted toward the top of the brake pedal or that the brake light bulbs themselves are blown.
