Yeah it's a three colored cake thingy, with raspberry jam and a chocolate outside. I've never tried one, but I've seen them.

I would be a disgrace to my Italian heritage if I didn't know what they were. The best ones I ever had cames from Alba's pastry shoppe on 18th Avenue and 70th Street in Brooklyn NY. I heard they are no longer there but they made them so dammned good.

Otherwise known as Neapolitan or Venetian cookies. I make them, but yes, they do have them on "The Hill" a famous Italian neighborhood here in St. Louis.
