  • Unless you doubled the strength in each leg, a one leg jump with an equivalent height to a two legged jump would be impossible. If your hell bent on doing this thought, I suggest performing exercises that facilitate an increase in leg strength. Squats done are an excellent muscle builder for the quadriceps. Jumping plyometrics are great too. Don't forget your calf raises either!
  • yes. plyometrics are great. try finding out about them online or with a physical therapest. use the latter first.
