  • Yes, but not to the same extent/exertion.I would just go for a long walk, rather than go swimming when I was less tired (for example).
  • I can't say that I do; since I have insomnia, if I'm lucky enough to feel sleepy I don't want to take the chance of waking myself back up.
  • It's not going to hurt working out while tired as long as you don't over exert yourself too much. Just do 30 minute training sessions if you are tired.
  • usually exercise will wake you up. if it does not i would visit a doctor.
  • Not so in the evenings after work when i;m winding down, but i can get up early and go for a run after a bad night's sleep and i find it does invigorate.
