300 is the only one that I can remember really enjoying. I don't usually like all the battle scenes because I get confused but the battle scenes in this one were outstanding. :0)

I loved the sequel to "The Robe"(1953). It was "Demetrius and the Gladiators" and Victor Mature starred in it.

I love anything war related. Especially if its based on a true historic event. I'm not particular to gladiators though because I enjoy the use of more technically advanced weapons designed by humans. A man eating tiger isn't a bad thing either though
