No I wouldn't. I don't like facial tattoos unless they are of tribal significance to the person and they have them for the right reasons. And even then some can be quite intimidating and some people (not all) get them for this particular reason. In New Zealand the Maori often have facial tattoos known as 'Moko' and most are partial and quite beautiful, but when you see someone walking down the street towards you with full or half face 'Moko' I do feel intimidated by them. I am 5'10" and it does take a lot to make me uncomfortable around people but facial tattoos will do it. I do have a tattoo myself. It is not for public display and there are only a handful of people that have seen it. I personally think for me tattoos should be able to be covered by normal everyday summer clothing so that if I were walking down the street in shorts and T-shirt they would not be visible. It is however everyones own personal choice as to what they want to do.

yes i would get it done for that amount but would need to be tastefull and would let you folow the tattoo over the top of my head am bald so would look great only thing i ask for in returne is for help getting the tattoo of my dreams down my entire side . this would be the opertunity off a life time olso would be good security for my kids the cash would be great for the start of there life

Yes to the neck. And then I'd invest 3/4 and spend 1/4 establishing myself as a missionary and live off interest and donations for as long as I was capable. also, maybe spend some of it to get it lasered off if I got annoyed with it.
