Wind-speed, crowd population, angle, degree of obstruction, number of obstacles between yourself and the target, noise levels, and how to adjust any of these variables should the target be moving.

Also if there is glass between you and him.

Range, wind, day or night, weather, there are many factors, identification of the mark, and most importantly the condition of your gun and optics

Rage, elevation distance, wind, rain, heat, obstacles, and shooter faults. The best snipers in the world fire between heartbeats.

Indeed. Two more things, however, you must consider the gravity and your current position. High or low? Prone or crouched?

All of them. Getting in, getting out. Correct target acquisition, windage, range, physical obstacles such as branches or tall grass, window glass, movements of target, hostage proximity etc. Generally if you can put one in his eye without it hitting anyone else, that's all you have to do. Good luck.

Weather (Heat COULD effect the trajectory if it's hot enough, as could cold if it's cold enough. Humidity, rain, sleet, hail, etc. might, too.) Wind direction and speed (how much will it effect aim at your distance). Gravity (How far will the slug fall based on distance.) Giving away your position.

The size of the target's head
